Introduction
In this task for assignment 3 I am going to evaluate the interpersonal and written communication techniques which I used when presenting my PowerPoint. The points that I am going to be evaluating are: Presentation
skills and Teamwork skills.
Main Body
From the group PowerPoint presentation which myself and Emma delivered to the class you can see that I have all of the content which I had to include with relevant images for each one.
My slides also have bullet points of the main points which I had to add for Web Based Communication Channels, Podcasts and WebPages with my other notes being at the bottom in the speaker notes.
I also used web links for the presentation which kept the audience engaged and it made people enjoy the presentation more.
Conclusion
To conclude you can see that I have evaluated the interpersonal and written communication techniques which I used when presenting my PowerPoint.
Overall I thought that I made good use of my interpersonal and written communication techniques throughout all my units.
Presentation skills:
· The content of the presentation – did
it cover everything required?
Yes
the content of the presentation had covered everything that was required and
had good information on each topic.
Yes
I thought the presentation was very appealing as it didn't have too much
information on each slide and it also had good images as well. I also thought
that the presentation was aimed at the right audience as the presentation had
information on it that everyone could understand.
· Did you retain the audience’s
attention?
Yes
I thought that the audience kept their attention while I was presenting.
I
think I could of improved my presentation by talking more on the links for
example like the vlog I should of talked about maybe how to vlog (setting up a
vlogging account, what kind of camera or device could you use for vlogging
etc).
Yes
I thought that I described a couple of questions that were in my presentation
and I thought I answered them well.
Teamwork
skills:
I
thought myself and Emma worked really well as we took the time to assess what
points we were going to talk about before we presented the presentation. Also another
reason why we worked well together was that we presented the presentation
without the problem of talking over each other as we planned out who will say
what before the presentation started.

we had the same amount of slides/points to do.
