The Rainbow organization is a small charity that support clients that have a problem with sight and need help with ICT. As you can imagine there is a certain amount of attributes required as it is a learning environment; consideration and reassuring is also needed.
In any job roles there are certain attributes that are required, some job-related and some general, over wise known as soft skills. These will be the attributes that attract the employee to the employer which is quite important.
The Rainbow organization would require certain attributes to make sure that the certain person is suitable for the job role.

field of work. Which then may also results in the company not being able to
get paid or do the work needed that day.

attitude that all the employees should have because it indicates that the
employee can work and complete their tasks alone without assistance. It also
suggests that the employee don’t have to rely on others to help him. Employers
will more likely employ an independent person because it’s more productive and
does not disturb other employees while they are carrying their own tasks.
Sometimes the person could be advised wrong or misunderstand the given advice.
That could lead to a conflict and possible legal actions taken by an employer.
